How we make freeze-dried sweets

We freeze-dry every batch ourselves in Poland. This is how an ordinary candy becomes crunchy.

  1. We choose the sweets

    We take candy, gummies and bars you already know well.

  2. We freeze

    In the freeze dryer, the water in the sweets freezes.

  3. We switch on the vacuum

    At low pressure the ice turns straight into vapour. The sweets puff up and turn light.

  4. We pack

    We seal them straight away in airtight bags so they don't soak up moisture.
