Freeze-dried marshmallows
Freeze-dried marshmallows are light as a cloud and crunch instead of being chewy. Eat them straight from the bag or drop them into hot cocoa.

After freeze-drying, marshmallows turn dry, light and brittle. They melt in your mouth faster than regular marshmallows, and the flavour stays sweet and vanilla-like.
The marshmallows contain gelatine, so they aren't vegetarian. They pick up moisture quickly, so close the bag every time you open it. You'll find recipe ideas in our post on recipes with freeze-dried sweets.
See our colourful Marshmallows. We freeze-dry them ourselves in Poland.
