Freeze-dried Milky Way bars are the well-known bars with fluffy nougat in milk chocolate. In the freeze dryer the nougat puffs up and turns brittle like meringue, while the chocolate cracks on top. The bar is lighter than before freeze-drying and crunches with every bite.
The flavour stays the same, sweet and milky. We freeze-dry them ourselves in Poland.
Milky Way has no nuts or caramel, so after freeze-drying it's the lightest and fluffiest of our bars. If you prefer caramel, try Twix or Snickers with peanuts. They're all in our freeze-dried chocolate bars collection.
Chocolate can soften in the heat, so keep the bag somewhere cool.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, skimmed MILK powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, sunflower oil, MILK fat, LACTOSE, whey powder (from MILK), BARLEY malt extract, salt, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), EGG white powder, palm fat, MILK protein, natural vanilla extract.
May contain: PEANUTS, HAZELNUTS.
