Freeze-dried Snickers bars: peanuts, caramel and nougat, now crunchy 🥜
Freeze-dried Snickers bars are pieces of Snickers after freeze-drying. The caramel and nougat puff up and lose their chewy texture, so the whole bar becomes light and brittle. The peanuts stay crunchy and the milk chocolate cracks on top.
It tastes exactly like a regular Snickers, just nothing sticks to your teeth. We freeze-dry them ourselves in Poland.
