Freeze-dried gummies

Freeze-dried gummies are bears, worms, sharks, cherries and rings that get bigger, lighter and brittle in the freeze dryer. The flavour stays the same, while the chewy texture turns into a crunchy foam. We freeze-dry them ourselves in Poland.
