Freeze-dried gummy rings are ring-shaped gummies that puff up and turn light and crunchy when freeze-dried. We have three flavours: apple, peach and sour pineapple. They're fruit-flavoured gummies, not dried fruit. We don't freeze-dry fruit.
What are freeze-dried gummy rings? 🍏
Regular gummy rings are rubbery and chewy. In the freeze dryer they puff up and change texture: they turn light and brittle, and the flavour stays. We freeze-dry them ourselves, in Poland. We explain how freeze-drying works in our guide what freeze-dried sweets are.

| Peach | sweet, mild peach | no sour coating |

Apple rings
Green rings with a green apple flavour, coated in sugar. After freeze-drying you taste the sweet and sour apple straight away. The green colour comes from a mix of curcumin and brilliant blue.
Peach rings
Orange-red rings with a sweet, mild peach flavour and no sour coating. They suit people who prefer sweet flavours to sour ones, and children trying freeze-dried gummies for the first time.
Sour pineapple rings
Yellow pineapple-flavoured rings with a sour coating. Sour at first and sweet at the end, like regular sour rings. We cover more sweets like this in our post on sour freeze-dried sweets.

All the rings contain gelatine; the apple and peach rings contain beef gelatine. The flavour comes from flavourings. The peach rings contain Allura Red AC and the pineapple rings the colour E102. Both colours may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. The full ingredients are on each product page.
How to use freeze-dried rings 🥄
Apple rings work well in a dessert in a jar. Layer Greek yoghurt or whipped cream with crushed rings and serve straight away so they stay crunchy. You'll find more ideas in our post recipes with freeze-dried sweets.
Once open, keep the bag closed somewhere dry and eat the rings within a few days. There's more in our guide on how to store freeze-dried sweets.
