Freeze-dried sour gummy worms: gummy worms that crunch 🐛
Freeze-dried sour gummy worms are the well-known two-coloured worms coated in sour sugar. In the freeze dryer they puff up and turn light and brittle, so instead of chewing you get crunching. Every worm has two fruit flavours, and the sour coating stays on the outside.
After freeze-drying the gummies are noticeably bigger than before, and the inside is like a foam. We freeze-dry them ourselves in Poland.
