Freeze-dried rhubarb mint Fritt is the most unusual of the limited Fritt flavours: tangy rhubarb with mint. After freeze-drying the strips puff up into pale pink, brittle pillows.
The flavour is slightly sour and refreshing. We freeze-dry them ourselves in Poland.
