Freeze-dried marshmallows: colourful clouds that crunch ☁️
Freeze-dried marshmallows are colourful twisted marshmallows (Bunte Mischung) with the water removed under vacuum. They turn light as a cloud and brittle, and melt in your mouth faster than regular marshmallows.
Eat them straight from the bag or drop them into hot cocoa. We freeze-dry them ourselves in Poland.
How should I store them? 🔒
