Freeze-dried Riesen: dark caramel that crunches 🍫
Freeze-dried Riesen chocolate caramels are dark caramel sweets coated in chocolate. After freeze-drying the hard, chewy caramel puffs up and turns brittle and light, and the chocolate cracks on top. The flavour is deep caramel and chocolate.
We freeze-dry them ourselves in Poland.
